Year Ending

You can have 2 years open in Uniteam without a problem, however we do recommend you close the previous year as soon as

the auditor has approved it. Some lists might fail if you have more than 2 years open.

The Year End procedure will take the end Balance of the previous year and move into period 00 in the present year.

Fill in the required information and choose from the drop-down list.

Choose which Type of Output Entry you want and press Print.

The report will display in a new window.

If you want to send the report as mail or send it directly to a printer, choose Email or Print in Dest Type and choose Server and printer. If you want to send it as mail also insert the mail address in the field Email.
