Welcome to the Uniteam on-line manual. The intention of the document is to support the user when operating the system with short description as you go along.
We have tried to make the system as easy to navigate as possible. You can tab through or use the mouse, as well as multiple button functions which give visible ideas how to proceed.
From all fields you can open the Help pressing [Ctrl+Shift+W] while the cursor is situated in the field.
The Ocean module is designed to assist Sea Freight forwarders in their daily work. It can handle full-loads (FCL), consolidations as well as single LCL shipments.
In this module you can issue all kind of documents including the Invoice which will be posted in the integrated accounting module.
The manual is divided into each modules menu and sub-menus - and the look is like when the system is installed. In this manual we will describe how to setup the system, and then
how to use it operationally. You have an easy overview of the bookings you work with, and can trace them at all times.
You can have local skinning and buttons with other names due to your company standard.
