EDI Data Restriction Road:


In this window you are able to view or create restrictions for EDI mapping used in the system.


To get an overview of the restrictions created insert the information in the search fields or leave empty and press Search.



If you want to create a new restriction press Add [F2] in the Restrictions Information block.


Agent

Choose from the drop-down list which agent you want to create a restriction to. If you want to create a new agent press "+".

Event

Choose from the drop-down list which Record type in the system the new restriction should apply to.

Description

Insert a text describing the rule.


Details block


Record Identifier

Based on the selected Record Type an identifier has to be set for the restriction rule, select from drop down list available.

Value

Based on the record identifier select the value available from drop down list.

Description

Text is inserted from from the selected value of the record identifier.
