EDI Code Register

EDI Code Register Ocean:

In this window you are able to view or create rules for the EDI codes used in the system.

This means that what you set into the Uniteam system is converted to the required format in the receiving system.

To get an overview of the created rules insert the information in the search fields or leave empty and press Search.

I you want to create a new rule press Add [F2] in the EDI Codes Information block.

Agent	Choose from the drop-down list which receiver you want to create a rule for. If you want to create a new receiver press "+".
Field	Choose from the drop-down list which field in the system the new rule should be valid for. (Check with Uniteam which codes are active)
Description	Insert a text describing the rule.

After have created the rule press Add [F2] in the EDI Code Detail Information block.

Internal Code	Choose the Code from the Uniteam system from the drop-down list.
External Code	Insert the Code to be used in the receiving system.
Alternative Code	Insert an alternative Code to be used in the receiving system. The field is not mandatory.
Text	Insert a text describing the Code.
