Buttons

In each program we have applied the most common function into buttons to make the operation more visible.

If there are multiple records you may see the Previous and Next-buttons.

The Add-button has the same function as New, but normally in another level of the program you work with. The keyboard shortcut is [F2].

Pressing Delete will remove the record you have highlighted. The keyboard shortcut is [F9].

In the Document-button you can open uploaded documents, or upload a new document. Check the Upload chapter of this section for a brief description.

Pressing the Event-button will open a screen, displaying the events in this record.

Pressing Help will open the on-line manual.

Pressing the History-button will document all changes to the program. This button contains very detailed information and should not be mixed up with the events.

The New-button is used when you wish to insert a new record. The keyboard shortcut is [F2].

Depending on which level in the program this button will execute printing of documents.

The Query-button is implemented in programs where you can find information in multiple ways. Pressing the Query-button will open a new screen with specific criteria
valid for the program. We call these for Advanced Query and they vary from program to program. The keyboard shortcut is [Ctrl+Shift+F].

If you press the Reset-button the system will remove what you did not save, and roll back to the last time of saving data.

May not need an explanation - but the keyboard shortcut is [F8].
