Booking Overview

The Booking Overview is meant as a brief check on the open files and bookings you work with. You will see each File and if
you highlight a specific File, the lower screen will display the bookings dispatched to the File as well as all undispatched bookings on this Service.

Search Filter

The system will have the default filters from the user and start a Query. You can extend these filters in the Profile Settings program. You can insert the criteria yourself as well.

Depending on the button you press the system will filter different.

	Search will search the files with the related bookings.
	Search Booking will return files having the bookings dispatched which match the search criteria inserted and show the booking as well.

Files

Svc	Displays the Service.
File	Displays the File No.
Opened	Displays the Opening Date.
Reg. No.	Displays the Vehicle Registration No.
Dep. Date	Displays the Departure Date.
Arv. Date	Displays the Arrival Date.
Pkgs	Displays the number of packages.
Weight	Displays the Gross Weight in the Booking.
Volume	Displays the Volume in the Booking.
Lamps 1 - 8	These are lamps indicating the actions made in each File. Or rather the lowest value of the lamps in Booking level. You can amend the numbers to a more understandable test using the Skinning feature. The lamps are configured through the Event System.
Event	Pressing this icon you will be able to see the history of the events.
Email	Pressing this button will open an option to email a document directly. Please refer to the Output Entries to see how this shall be configured.
Print	Pressing this button will open an option to print a document directly. Please refer to the Output Entries to see how this shall be configured.

Bookings

In this block you will see the details of the bookings.

Dispatch	If checked the Booking is dispatched to the File. If not checked the Booking is not dispatched.
Pos	Insert the Position Number you want for the Booking for your load planning and lists.
Type	Displays the Type of Booking. Can be amended by using the drop-down list.
Book.No	Displays the unique Booking No.
Branch	Displays the Branch. Can be amended by using the drop-down list.
Agent	Displays the Agent inserted in the Booking. Can be amended. Start typing the Name of the Agent and a list of values will display.
Departure	Locked by the system.
Arrival	Locked by the system.
Customer	Displays the Customer placing the Booking.
Pkgs	Displays the number of Packages.
Weight	Displays the Gross Weight of the Booking.
Vol	Displays the Volume of the Booking.
Status	Displays the Booking Status.

Buttons in Bookings

Booking	Clicking tis button will open the Booking highlighted.
EDI	This button is prepared for sending EDI if set up.
Quote	Clicking this button will open the Quotes for this Customer.
