Booking Overview
Booking Overview
The Booking Overview is meant as a brief check on the open files and bookings you work with.
You will see each File and if you highlight a specific File, the lower screen will display the bookings dispatched to the File as well as all undispatched bookings on this Service.
Search Filter block
The system will have the default filters from the user and start a Query. You can extend these filters in the Profile Settings program.
You can insert the criteria yourself as well.
Depending on the button you press the system will filter different.
Search will search the Files only. |

Search Booking will return files having the bookings dispatched which match the search criteria inserted and show the Booking as well. |
Files block
In the Files block information on File level will be displayed. Actually there is too much information that you may need to use the scroll bar to see everything. In this screen we cut it in two parts.
Displays the Service. |

Displays the File No. |

Displays the Flight No. |
|
Displays the Departure Airport Code. |
|
Displays the Arrival Airport Code. |
|
Displays the Opening Date of the File. |
|
Displays the number of packages booked on this File. |
|
Displays the Total Gross Weight booked on this File. |
|
Displays the Total Volume booked on this File. |
|
These are lamps indicating the actions made in each File. Or rather the lowest value of the lamps in Booking level. You can amend the numbers to a more understandable text using the Skinning feature. The lamps are configured through the Event System. |

Event |
Pressing this icon you will be able to see the history of the events and Fire Manual Events. |

Pressing this button will open an option to email a document directly. Please refer to the Output Entries to see how this shall be configured. |

Buttons in Files block
File |
Clicking this button will open the File you have marked. |
EDI |
This button is prepared for sending EDI if set up. |
Auto Master |
Clicking this button will create a new Booking as Master in Type. You will need to fill in the required informations before saving. |
Bookings block
In this block you will see the details of the bookings.
Color |
The Color will display Houses already dispatched to a Master. If multiple Masters there will be more colors. |
Dispatch |
If checked the Booking is dispatched to the File. If not checked the Booking is not dispatched. |
Display the Type of Booking. Can be amended. |

Display the unique Booking No. |
|
Will be Auto-assigned by the system. |
|
Display the Master AWB. |
|
Display the House AWB. |
|
Display the Date of B/L. |
|
Displays the Branch. Can be amended by using the drop-down list. |

Departure |
Displays the Departure Airport Code. |
Arrival |
Displays the Arrival Airport Code. |
Customer |
Display the Customer placing the Booking. |
Display the number of Packages. |

Display the Gross Weight of the Booking. |
|
Display the Volume of the Booking. |
|
Display the Booking Status. Can be amended using the drop-down list. |

Select the MAWB where you want to HAWB to be assigned to. |
