Booking Overview

The Booking Overview is meant as a brief check on the open files and bookings you work with. You will see each File and if you highlight a

specific File, the lower screen will display the bookings dispatched to the File as well as all undispatched bookings on this Service.

After having inserted the search details, the result will display as below.

Search Filters

The system will have the default filters from the user and start a Query. You can extend these filters in the Profile Settings program.

You can insert the criteria yourself as well.

Depending on the button you press the system will filter different.

Search will search the Files only. If you insert POL and/or POL, the system will return all files having these details in the Schedule.

If no Schedule exists then the search will go to the POL and POD in the top of the File. The other filters will be considered as well.

Search Booking will return files having the bookings dispatched which match the search criteria inserted and show the Booking as well.

Lamps 1 - 8	These are lamps indicating the actions made in each File. Or rather the lowest value of the lamps in Booking level. You can amend the numbers to a more understandable text using the Skinning feature. The lamps are configured through the Event System.
Event	Pressing this icon you will be able to see the history of the events and Fire Manual Events.
Email	Pressing this button will open an option to email a document directly. Please refer to the Output Entries to see how this shall be configured.
Print	Pressing this button will open an option to print a document directly. Please refer to the Output Entries to see how this shall be configured.

Buttons in Files block

File-button

In the File block information on File level will be displayed. Actually there is too much information that you may need to use the scroll bar to see everything.

In this screen we cut it in two parts.

Service	Displays the Service. Can be amended.
File No.	Displays the File No.
File Period	Displays the Date from the Files overview.
Imp/Exp	Displays if it is Imp/Exp/Transit. Can be amended.
Activity	Displays the Activity if being given. Can be amended. Use the drop-down list, or start typing the Name of the Activity and a list of values will display. If you want to create a new Activity press "+".
Project No.	Displays the Project No. if being given.
Our Ref	Displays the user logged on to the system. Can be amended.
Status	Displays the status of the File.
Closed Date	Displays the Closing Date of the File.
Depart Date	Displays the Depart Date. Can be amended. Insert the Date or use the Calender-button.
Depart POL	Displays the Port of Loading inserted in File level.
Carrier	Displays the Carrier. Can be amended.
Carrier Nationality	Displays the Nationality of the Carrier.
Vessel	Displays the Vessel Name. Can be amended. Use the drop-down list, or start typing the Name of Vessel and a list of values will display.
Voyage	Displays the Voyage No.
Loop	Displays the Loop if given.
Call	Displays the Call if given.
Code	Enter the Code of the Vessel. Use the drop-down list, or start typing the Name of Vessel and a list of values will display.
SIS No.	The SIS No. is used by some ports to identify this specific Vessel/Voyage for customs documents.
Arrive Date	Displays the Date of Arrival of the Vessel
Arrive POD	Displays the POD if being given. Start typing the Name of the POD and a list of values will display.

EDI-button

Now you can select an EDI message to be sent.

Allocation-button

Now you can allocate containers. Press the Add-button [F2].

Branch	Choose Branch from the drop-down list.
Area	Choose Area from the drop-down list. To create a new Area Code press "+".
POD	Start typing the POD and a list of values will display.

Summary-button

Will display a summary of Customer, Reefer and Other Teus, Reefer and Other Kos, Reefer Cbm and Other Cbm.

Schedule-button

This window is the same as in the File.

Bookings

In this block you will see the details of the bookings.

Buttons in Booking block

Booking-button

Mark a booking and press the Booking-button, and you will get to the Booking window.

It is now possible to make amendments in the Booking.

EDI-button

Now you can select an EDI message to be sent, if this has been set up.

Quote-button

Will display the quotes made for the Customer. If no quotes has been made an error will be displayed.

Adjust dates-button

In this window you can amend dates. E.g. B/L Date, Departure Date and Arrival Date.

Pre/On-Carriage-button

In this window it is possible to have an overview of the Pre-Carriage and the On-Carriage.

It is possible to add/amend information in the fields Feeder, Pre/On-Carriage, Voyage, Date.

Pickup/Delivery

In this window it is possible to have an overview of the Pickup or Delivery informations.

It is possible to add/amend information in the fields Depot, Reference, Date, Time, Terminal, Reference, Date, Time.
