B/L Counter

The B/L Counter can assign the next available B/L No. into a Booking. The counters can be set up with a lot of criteria, giving you a lot of possibilities.

You can create a counter per Service, B/L Type, POL, POD and/or Type.

Press the Add-button [F2] and a new line will open for your input.

Service	If the counter shall be valid for one Service only then select from the drop-down list displaying valid services. You can also create a new Service pressing the "+".
BL Type	If the counter shall be valid for one B/L Type only then select from the drop-down list displaying valid codes. You can also create a new B/L Type pressing the "+".
POL	If the counter shall only be valid from a specific Port of Loading then insert the Location Code or type the Name. Again you can create a new Location Code by pressing the "+".
POD	If the counter shall only be valid for a specific Port of Discharge then insert the Location Code or type the Name. Press the "+" to insert e new Location Code.
Counter Type	Select the type of counter from the drop-down list.
Running Seq.	Will simply pick the next number from the Next No. field and adjust with prefix and/or suffix.
Book references	Will combine the informations from the Booking as selected in the far right end.
